A real job at an international company in sunny Portugal: customer service, content moderation and other roles for well-known tech brands. The company helps with the move, the paperwork and a place to live.
This page is run by me, a Teleperformance employee, not a recruiter or an agency. I refer candidates through the internal referral program: you get a job (often with a signing bonus too), I get a referral bonus. That's the deal.
Teleperformance recruits for many projects for international brands at the same time. The specific openings change constantly, but the roles usually fall into a few categories.
One language is enough to start. The company is currently hiring Italian, German, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Polish and Ukrainian speakers. Every extra language means more projects to choose from and a higher rate. The more languages you speak, the better.
Think of it as a working Erasmus: you move to one of Europe's sunniest capitals with the job, housing and paperwork already sorted, work in an international English-speaking environment, and take your career's first step abroad without burning through your savings.
Depends on the project. Teleperformance's main offices in Portugal are in Lisbon and Porto.
This is the core of why this job makes sense if you want to move.
Teleperformance helps with the move, and also with legal registration in the country and taxes. It can offer a room in a furnished company apartment (kitchen, living room, internet). Utilities are covered by the company and the 200 € monthly room cost is deducted from your salary. Usually cheaper than renting on your own.
You can skip the company room. Then you get roughly 200 € more in hand every month, but you find housing yourself. The company room is usually the easier start if you don't know anyone in Portugal.
The range grows with bonuses, the company room and an extra language.
Some projects also offer a signing bonus plus a loyalty bonus, together up to 3000 € (as of August 2026). It depends on the project, the recruiter will give you the details at the meeting.
Net amounts, approximate.
Training: 4 weeks, in English. Integration into the team, training on the systems and the client's product, customer-management training for phone, email and chat, then on-the-job practice with a trainer.
A 12-month contract. You sign it after passing recruitment, with a short probation period at the start. After that it simply gets renewed.
After 2 years, employment becomes a permanent contract. The standard path.
This is the path from leaving your CV to arriving in Portugal. The first step happens here, with me.
You upload your CV and leave your contact details on this page. That's all you need to do to start.
I pass your CV through Teleperformance's internal employee portal.
A recruiter reaches out, tells you about the company and the next steps.
A check of your language and basic skills.
If you pass the tests, you talk to a recruiter.
If it works out, you sign the contract and organise the move. The company helps with the flight and housing.
In practice: they call or email you to set up an info call. Use it to ask about currently available projects and bonuses, specifically the signing bonus and the loyalty bonus. Then there are 2 online tests, and finally a phone interview with a recruiter. All very doable :) Write to me if anything is unclear.
There are two ways. Both count as my referral.
⏳ Apply as soon as possible — there are currently openings and good bonuses available.
Choose the language of the offer and fill in the official Teleperformance form. The referral works automatically through the link, nothing extra to fill in. Your CV has to be in English, whichever language you pick.
I'll submit you through Teleperformance's internal employee portal. The form is in Polish, but you can fill it in with your details in English.

If you leave your CV with me, I pass your data only to Teleperformance Portugal, for recruitment purposes, and nowhere else. I never publish or share it with third parties. If you change your mind, write to kontakt@polakwlizbonie.pl and I'll delete your application.
You'll be taken to the official Teleperformance recruitment site, in a new tab. Your CV must be in English, regardless of which language you pick. The recruiter will walk you through the full list of current openings.
